Larry Klingberg

  Larry J. Klingberg, 38, of Jordan, died on Friday, June 8, at St. Gertrude's Health Center in Shakopee.

  Larry was born in New Prague, on Aug. 30, 1962. He was a son of Francis and Dolores (Cermak) Klingberg. He was reared in the Jordan area, and had been employed as a paper shredder at the Lydia Development Achievement Center. He later worked at New Options in Shakopee. He was also an avid fan of the Vikings and Gophers.

  Larry Klingberg is survived by his mother, Dolores Klingberg, Jordan; brothers, Steven (and Barbara) Klingberg, South St. Paul, David (and Robin) Klingberg, Jordan, LeRoy Klingberg (and special friend Kath Wadsworth) Shakopee, and Gary Klingberg, Jordan; a sister, Susan (and Duane) Flascheriem, Belle Plaine; and other relatives. He was preceded in death by his father, a brother, Dwane, and a sister, Shirley.

  Funeral services were held on Tuesday, June 12, at 2 p.m., at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Jordan. The Rev. Robert Bushaw officiated.

  Pallbearers were Gary and LeRoy Klingberg, Susan and Duane Flascheriem, and Art and Hazel Kohout.

  Interment was at Spirit Hill Cemetery, Jordan.

  Arrangements were with the Wagner Funeral Home of Jordan.
