DAVID C. FITZGERALD


DAVID C. FITZGERALD, 50, of Maple Shade, died Sunday from injuries he suffered in an automobile accident on Route 541 in Westampton.


Mr. Fitzgerald was the postmaster at the Palmyra Post Office and had also worked at the Maple Shade Post Office. He was a member of the Burlington Country Club, the Maple Shade Rotary Club and the Maple Shade Advisory Board.


Survivors: wife, Lillian H. Hurst Fitzgerald; sons, William of Audubon and David C. of Maple Shade; daughter, Peggy Dilks of Kansas City, Kan.; three grandchildren; mother, Mary Thiel Fitzgerald; brother, Charles of Charlotte, Va., and sisters, June Douglas of Philadelphia, Joan Findeisen of Alabama and Judy Fitzgerald of Maple Shade.


Services: viewing, 7 to 9 p.m. Friday, Inglesby/Givnish's of Maple Shade, 600 E. Main St.; funeral, 8:15 a.m. Saturday, at the funeral home; Mass, 9:30 a.m. Saturday, Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, Main Street and Fellowship Road, Maple Shade; burial, Lakeview Memorial Park, Cinnaminson.
